Usage:

This machine is suitable for heating cutting and bag making of such printed or without printed plastic film as OPP, PP, PE, CPP and POF, etc. It's an ideal equipment for bread bag, square bottom bag, garment bag, towel bag and accessory bag.

Features:

1. Touch screen operation, three variable frequency motor, constant material pulling controlled by double servo motor, the speed of whole equipment is intelligent likage.

2. Arbitrary fixed-length, accurate and stable photoelectric tracking, stopping automatically when the label is lost.

3. Auto-sync double adhesive tape applying, automatic punching and automatic stop when run out of materials.

4. Specially-made alloy steel sealing cutter with flat sealing cutter and dotted line sealing cutter, automatic constant temperature, firm and flat sealing.

5. Specially designed for PE tube materials, with the functions of automatic edge cutting, bag pocket mouth folding, bottom gusset and hot pressing.

6. Equipped with web-guiding unwinder, magnetic powder brake for tension control photocell tracking and air shaft unwinding.

7. And it is equipped with waste material removing device.

8. Optional Matched with automatic web-guiding film folding machine and automatic bag stacking machine, it constitutes the cpmplete assembly line, which greatly promotes the production efficiency.
