Application:
This machine is applied to manufacturing both white and color vest bag that made of LDPE,LDPE roll film ,it adopts PLC control ,double servo motor fixed length and the touch screen actual display to finish the feeding,sealing,cutting,punching holes and transporting only in one process, it is of high degree of automation and good economic result
Main Features :
This machine is suitable for double lines of color bags making and double servo motor
This machine is fit to produce tube-shape plastic distinctive character or color bag like sleeveless garment
2.Photocell for accurate registration of film printing points if the photocell can't catch printing point the machine will stop automatically.
3.Inverter control speed ,easy operation ,reduce electric consumption
4.Automatic stopping when run out of film.
5.Producing piece number can be set up freely, no-stop than feeding out material automatically.
6.New designed sealing blade ,when blade need be cleared up ,it can be turned
180°and fixed . It will be safe and easy to take care
7.Strong sealing and output bags being tear up neatly.
